If you are using a mixture of hardware/parts/blanks/consumables from another supplier, please repeat test using only Roxcell supplies. If that is not possible, we cannot guarantee efficient troubleshooting but can attempt to help via advice based on information and pictures uploaded via this form. Alternatively, if your faltering equipment came from another supplier and no solution can be found, we can send you printed transfers or heat press your transfers.

Technical support for out-of-warranty products may be chargeable. An hourly rate of $95+GST is applicable before such support commences.
