Returns Policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

 

Any claims for damaged or missing goods must be filed immediately. All other claims must be forwarded within 7 days of receipt of goods. No goods will be accepted for return after 14 days.

All deliveries must be checked upon arrivals. If the receiver signs the consignment then the goods are accepted as being received without breakages and damages, therefore no claims can be made with Roxcell. If the consignment is sent with Australia Post then the claim must be filed with them.

*note for ceramic/glass mugs and other fragile items– it is preferred to ship them in complete boxes/packs to prevent breakages. A packaging and handling fee applies to all items ordered in quantities less than full box/pack (see price break for each ordered item). If the fragile items are delivered broken or damaged then the above claims terms and conditions apply irrespective of packaging fee.

For goods incorrectly ordered and/or used, a restocking fee may be applied to any goods approved for return credit. Restocking fees apply for an item returned in non-original condition. Cost of restocking an item returned in non-original packaging are 25% of original item cost although may vary depending on the particular state of the item and accessories which will be assessed upon arrival. Please be aware that shipping an item in other than original packaging can not guarantee safe delivery and is solely the sender’s responsibility.
